George Cowles Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Cowles of Elk River, Minnesota, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Park and Lulu; and his siblings, Delores Chensvold, Stanley and Ken.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene of Elk River, Minnesota; his children, Kevin Cowles (Marsha) of Ankeny, Iowa, Ken Cowles (Kirsten) of Zimmerman, Minnesota, Steve Cowles (Julie) of Whitefield, Maine, Lisa Estrem (Jim) of Williamson, Georgia, Dave Cowles (Brenda) of Zimmerman, Minnesota and Nancy Petrich (Tom) of Elk River, Minnesota; and his brother Bob Cowles (Beverly) of Ossian, Iowa. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and thirty great-grandchildren.
