He was predeceased by: his father Richard; and his brother Marc. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Grupa (Johnson); his sons, Tyler and Colby; his mother Donna O'Conner; and his brothers, Scott (Melanie), Kirk (Lori), Rick (Becky) and Cory (Jeanine).
