She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Donna Sand (Fontaine) of Las Vegas, NV; her son Shaun Bestland (Samantha) of Moorhead; her husband Merlyn Werner; her grandsons, Rayce and Ryder Bestland of Moorhead; her siblings, John Sand (Peggy McGurk) of Aurora, CO, Dianna Davis (Thomas) of Las Vegas, NV and Laurie O'Connor (Brennan) of Kuna, ID; her nieces and nephews, Brian Sand, Amanda, Jessica, Ben Davis, Aspen and Haley Hutchinson; and her father John Robert Sand. She was also cherished by friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials are preferred to the ND Chapter of the Relay for Life.
