She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingman Sr. Thoreson and Emma Thoreson (Eken); her siblings, Ingman Jr. (Pat), Delores Smith (Warren) and Marvin Cymbaluk; and her parents-in-law, Godfrey, Agnes, Kenneth Johnson (Audrey), Harlan Johnson, Karen Hendrickson (John) and Charlene Jensrud.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughters, Cheryl Nieuwsma (Kenneth) of Strasburg, ND, Carolyn Mackowick (Dave) of Grand Forks, ND and Gwen Sannes (Ricky) of Climax, MN; her grandchildren, Matthew Nieuwsma (Laura Brand), Laura Swiontek (Jared), Danny Nieuwsma, Brad Mackowick (Liz) and Amanda Fugere (Randy); her great grandchildren, Alyssa Mackowick, Logan, Nora, Greyson Fugere, Leo, Case and Max Swiontek; her siblings, Arlone Cymbaluk of Crookston, MN and Delano Thoreson (Janice) of Climax, MN; and her sister-in-law Hope Johnson of Fergus Falls, MN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Our Savior's Lutheran Church, East Grand Forks, MN.
