He was predeceased by: his mother Susana Ramirez (Vargas); his brother Christopher Ramirez; his siblings-in-law, Vern Anderson and Berta Ramirez; his mother-in-law Evangeline Mongram; and his grandparents, Julia, Jesus Ramirez, Mariana and Emilio Vargas.
He is survived by: his father Felix Ramirez; his wife Rosemarie Mandan; his children, Monique Ramirez (Chris) of Fargo, Esperanza, Polly and Jesus Ramirez; the mother of his children Rosemarie Mandan of Grand Forks; his siblings, Felix Ramirez, Jr. (Tammy) of Warren, MN, Florinda Klein, Enrique Ramirez of Grand Forks, Sonia Bratton (John) and Cecilia Ramirez of Muncie, IN; and his grandchildren, Angel of Grand Forks, Leyla and Valentino of Crookston.
