It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randal L. Packard of East Bethel, Minnesota, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Michael William. He is survived by: his wife Renee; his son Michael (Stephanie); his parents, Bill and Edith; his sisters, Val (Steve) and Laura (Jay); his niece Rachel; and his nephews, Jordan, Carter and Cayden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
