He was predeceased by: his mother Feliciana; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Oscar Jr (April), Anthony and Sara; his grandchildren, Kayla, Brett, Isabelle and Oscar III; his great grandchild Lily; his father Martin Sr.; and his siblings, Martin Jr., Eudel, Ramiro, Arturo (Debbie), Jesus, Felix (Diana), Delia (Jose) and Elva. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
