He was predeceased by: his significant other Carol Anne; his brother William; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah, Michael Moskalik and John Brude.
He is survived by: his children, Chris (Erin) and Jenny Flandrick (Chris); his grandchildren, Peyton, Aidan, Andrew, Nathan and Joseph; his sister Jeanine Brude; and his parents-in-law, Margaret Fitzgerald (Michael), Rita Fernandez (Carlos), Robert Moskalik (Linda) and Stephanie Moskalik.
