She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Swenson; her son James Swenson; and her parents, Ernest Nuesse and Opal Nuesse. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Piotraschke (Jeff), Debra Potter (Larry), Patti Roberts (Ken), John Swenson (Kirstin) and Jodi Cordes; and her brother Thomas Nuesse. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
