Jacquie Jean is survived by: husband Dick; children, Tami Phillippi (Tom Heinen), Cheryl Boemer (John) and Steve; grandchildren, Mark Heinen (Keeley), Brittany, Stephen Phillippi and Andrew Boemer; and sister Barbara Engel. Jacquie Jean is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
