He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Johnson and Lois Hanson; his uncle Don; his sister Linda Burback; and his nephew Steven Burback.
He is survived by: his son Jason (Gina); his goddaughter Cynthia Herman; his grandchildren, Grace, Levi Johnson, Jake, Sonya, Madi, Tyler, Kristy, Cassie, Sammy and Belle; and his sister Heidi (Mark). He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
