He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Francis Hendricks and Emma Hendricks; his sister Helen Bock (Lawrence); his brother-in-law John Nelson; his brothers, Robert, Harvey, Herbert (Gloria) and Donald Hendricks; his parents-in-law, Gregory and Rosemary Kern; and his brother-in-law John Kern.
He is survived by: his sons, Patrick and Scott (Kim) of Murfreesboro, TN; his siblings, Florence Nelson, Bernard (Judy) and Martha Killian; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Hendricks, Darlene Hendricks, Dennis Kern (Bridget), Jeanne Nyberg (Mike) and Mary Kern. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He served for four years as District Deputy, four years as State Program Chairman, two years as State Vocations Director and he is on the board of Directors for Minnesota Knights Foundation where he served as gambling consultant.
