He is survived by: his son Thomas Mulholland Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, Tayden, Isabella, Eliijah and Ryder; his son Jason Sampson (Teresa); his grandchildren, Avery, Landon, Ryland, Sophia and Robbie; his daughter Tara Mulholland (TJ); his siblings, Dorothy Seibert (Paul), Sharon LeClaire (Basil), Nancy McMichael (Bob), Jim Mulholland (Lisa) and John Mulholland; and his brother-in-law Richard Bacon.
