It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardis R Hanson (Detroit Lakes, Minnesota), born in Kensal, North Dakota, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ardis was loved and cherished by many people including: children, Heather, David, Moira (Austin), Susan (Bruce) and Kjersten (David); and also Heather (Lee). Ardis was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to First Lutheran Church, Red River Valley Hospice or Sucker Creek Preserve in Ardy's and Dave's honor.
