It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Hanson of Dawson, Minnesota, born in Winnebago, Minnesota, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet Howe and Marcella Howe (Digman); her husband Donald Hanson; her in-laws, Winfred and Judith Hanson; and her brothers-in-law, Marlyn Hanson and Richard Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Hanson, Dawson and Tom Hanson (Kim) of Emily, MN; her grandchildren, Easton Hanson, Wyatt Hanson, Sophia Hanson, Cole Hanson, Matt Lambert (Olivia), Miranda Halvorson (Taylor), Marcus Lambert (Shelby) and Mikayla Lambert; her great grandchildren, Everett Lambert, Archer Lambert and Atlas Lambert; and her siblings-in-law, Wes Hanson (Marilyn) of Merrifield, MN, Shirley Hanson of Madison, MN and Kathleen Hanson of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
