He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Ann Barvels (Carlson) of Langford, SD; his stepsons, Jonathan Barvels (Beth) of Bend, OR and Benjamin Barvels (Emily) of Fargo, ND.; his grandchildren, Max and Sophie; and his siblings, Garry Barvels (Mary) of Saint Charles, MN, Jerome Barvels (Marcille) of Lake Lillian, MN, Joel Barvels (Vanessa) of Stillwater, MN, Ruth Spoo (Duane) of Deer Park, WI and Nancy Spoo (Bruce) of Baldwin, WI.. He is also survived by sons, daughters-in-law.
