He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Dawn Crenshaw. He is survived by: his wife Betty Peet; his children, Jacquie Smith, Kai and Robin Bone; his stepchildren, Joan Blomquist (Mike), Jim Limper and Richard Limper; and his sister Debi Edmiston.
