He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Forseth; his children, Mark Gustafson of Crookston, MN, Lisa Brace (Don) of Champlin, MN and Brian Gustafson of Fertile, MN; his grandchildren, Derrick Gustafson of Dilworth, MN, Breanna Gustafson of Newfolden, MN, Augusta Brace of Champlin and Donald "DJ" (Claire); his sister Janet Opdahl of Keizer, OR; his sister-in-law Pat Gustafson of Beltrami, MN; his nephew Lance Opdahl (Kelly) of North Plains, OR; his nieces, Sheri Gustafson, Lori Gustafson of Fargo, ND, Teri Gustafson of Beltrami and Mari Osborne (Paul); his siblings, Arlene Mills of Maple Grove, MN and Craig Forseth (Caryl); his niece Angie Mills of Hopkins, MN; his nephew Corey Mills (Betsy); his great-niece Lillian; his great-nephew Jonathan of Brooklyn Center, MN; his great-nephew Everett; his great-niece Ingrid of Crookston; and also, Raeann of Bemidji, MN and Christian Forseth (Tracy). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
