Harvey Windels Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Windels (Crookston, Minnesota), who passed away on March 25, 2019 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harvey Windels to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Windels and Esther Windels (Limanen); his brother Clyde; and his daughter-in-law Nancy Windels. He is survived by: his brother Band; his sons, Bob, John, Paul, Gary, Mark and Steve; his wife Abbie Albitz of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Laura, Jonathan, Katie Windels, Paige Chambers (Shawn), Chris Dale, Andy, Natalie, Elena, Tom, Alex, Jason, Catherine, Anna and Ellen Windels; and his sisters, Alice Schoon of Sebeka, Martha Renneberg of Menahga and Pearl Koskela of Embarrass, Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may directed to the "Dr. Harvey and Jeannine Windels Scholarship Fund" at UMC, payable to the University of Minnesota Foundation.
