She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Peterson and Cornelia Peterson; her husband Milton Sand; her children, John Sand and Judi Simon (Craig); and her brothers, Laurel Peterson and Lloyd Peterson.
She is survived by: her cousins, Mae Forsman, Queenie Sieg, Gloria Bednar, Lyla Munson and Norman Forsman; her daughter Linnea Holm (Ron) of South Haven; her grandchildren, Melissa Holm (Will) of Buffalo and Michael Holm (Christy) of Big Lake; her great grandchild Soren Holm of Big Lake; her sister-in-law Elaine Peterson; and also Fern Peterson.
