It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Donald Ponwith of Cleveland, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ponwith and Shirley Ponwith. He is survived by: his wife Susan Schroeder; his children, Ryan Ponwith (Emily) and Lauren Ponwith; his grandchildren, Layla, Rhett and Bryce Ponwith; his sisters, Bonnie Ponwith, Lori Boyle (Chuck), Lynne Bausman (Jim), Beth Pugh (Jamie) and Lisa Mayleben (Bill); his former wife Susan Ponwith; and his close friend Cheryl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Bruce would appreciate nothing more than a donation to his grandchildren's education fund. Donations can be made at HomeTown Bank in Cleveland to "The Family of Bruce Ponwith".
