Joy Krautkremer- Obituary

Joy Krautkremer, of Clearwater, MN, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, her 40th birthday. Joy was born on May 17, 1977 to Arnie Krautkremer and the late Judy (Barlage) Jasmer. Some of Joy"s hobbies included scrapbooking, reading, and volunteering at her church but her absolute passion was her children.

McKenzie, age 17, and Mason, age 13, were her world. She loved them dearly and was a devoted and caring mother. Joy proved to be very strong as she dealt with health issues her entire life beginning with a diabetic diagnosis at a very young age. Her health improved after receiving a kidney from her aunt. Joy is survived by her children, father, brother Mike (Bonnie) Krautkremer and sister Michelle (Mike) Picha, stepfather Doug Jasmer, grandmother Glad (Krautkremer) Busch, nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother, grandfather Vic Krautkremer, and grandparents James and Theresa Barlage. Visitation will be on Friday, May 26, from 1:00 – 2:00 followed immediately by the memorial service at 2:00, at Joy"s Christian Center, 770 21st Ave NE, St. Cloud, MN 56304.
