He was predeceased by: his mother Leah (Nelson); and his grandparents, Frank, Jane Knapp, Eleanor and Vernon Nelson.
He is survived by: his father Bill Sr. (Evie); his sister Heather Halloff; his nephews, Benny and Nate Halloff; his parents-in-law, Mike and Jeri Vandenberg; and his brother-in-law Kevin Vandenberg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
