He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Chastek and Lorna Chastek. He is survived by: his children, Lori Chastek (Fernando) of Texas, Stephanie, Alexandra and Lance Chastek (Carmen); his granddaughters, Haven and Vivian; his daughter Jackie Chastek (Sam Schlagel) of Jordan; his brother Kenneth Chastek (Dora) of Florida; and his nieces, Michelle and Kim. He is also survived by three children, a grandfather (Papa "C") to four grandchildren, a brother, and a friend.
