She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Giese and Emilia Giese (Ross); her husband Helmer G. Johnson; her son-in-law Dan Winrow; and her siblings, Charlie, Max, Robert, William, Fred, Leona Hansen, Amanda Stevenson, Esther Dosch, Alice Hansen, Martha Jones, Eldora Ochendorf and Verdena Knutson.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Winrow of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Jenny Berg (Ryan) and Cody Winrow (Christine); her great grandchildren, Jadyn Ford, Lea Berg, Madison Winrow and Weston Winrow; and her sister-in-law Winnie Giese. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
