She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kvale and Evelyn Kvale; her brother Harlowe Kvale; and her husband Lewis Arms. She is survived by: her daughters, Juliellen Simpson-Vos (Mark) and Kristen Malzahn (Scott) of Durham, NC; her granddaughters, Sydney Grace and Ella; her siblings, Rosalie Tarum, JoRae Sarsten and Jarle Kvale; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Kvale and Tomoko Keel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
