He was predeceased by: his parents, Erik and Maria; his wife Lois Mack; his sister Lillian Weber (Lowell); and his brother-in-law Alden Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Sara Merlin (Jim Jacobs); and his sister Karina Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and by other loving relatives and friends.
