It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard John Liefert (Buffalo, Minnesota), who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Liefert and Edna Liefert (Mosher); his son James Liefert; his brothers, George and Arnold Liefert; his siblings-in-law, Rollie Barthel and Mabel Liefert; his nephew Jerry Liefert; his parents-in-law, Art and Viola Uecker; his siblings-in-law, Earl Uecker and Karen Uecker; and his great-niece Lily Robbins.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Liefert; his children, John Liefert and Lolene Liefert-Trulson (Darrel); his sister Joan Barthel; and his sister-in-law Lois Liefert. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and other treasured relatives and many friends.
