It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Pavlak of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne "Suzie" Pavlak; his parents, Sylvester G. Pavlak and Judith A. Pavlak; and his brother Phillip M. "Mike" Pavlak. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Pavlak; his son-in-law Andrew Cook; his brother Daniel Pavlak; and his sister-in-law Betty Pavlak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions a private interment will be held at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shriners Childrens Hospitals of Minnesota or Smile Train.
