Kelly was predeceased by: foster father Howard Jones; and foster siblings, Mark, Phyllis Tovsen and Linda Jones. Kelly is survived by: foster mother Edith Jones; and foster brothers, Larry Jones (Carol) and Steven Jones (Becky). Kelly is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
