He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Dorothy; his siblings, Dave Cook and Susie Wehseler; and his grandchildren, Corey and Chase Strauch.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Cook; his children, Lisa Strauch (Rob), Pam Cook and Michael Cook (Denise); his grandchildren, Adam Strauch (Katie) and Gage Strauch; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Aleciah, Aidah, Kayden, Daniel and Ayden; his siblings, Gary Cook, Linda Fox and Joe Cook (Cheri); and his brother-in-law Don Wehseler.
