He is survived by: his parents, Lyle Green and Kay Green (Ready) of Breckenridge; his brother Todd Green; his nephews, Mathias Green and Noah Green; and his close friend Angie Hofmann of Breckenridge. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.
