He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Meyer and Elsie Meyer (Vanderwerff); his wife Sharon Meyer; and his sisters, Arlys Meyer and Cleo Enderle.

He is survived by: his son Rick Meyer (Janet); his grandsons, Aaron Meyer (Elise) and Isaac Meyer (Regan); his daughter Threse Osmondson (Dean); his grandchild Cameron Osmondson; his sons, Brent Meyer (Christal) and Scott Meyer; his granddaughters, Brittney Meyer and Jessica Hasbargen (Ryan); his son Travis Meyer (Amy); his grandchildren, Daniel Dockter, Jacob Dockter (Alex) and Abby Iverson (Cory); his great grandchildren, Parker Dockter, Westen Dockter, Hannah Dockter, Dylan Iverson, Jenson Iverson, Palmer Iverson, Blake Meyer and Levi Hasbargen; and his sister Kaye Hormann. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
