He is survived by: his niece Vicky McFaul (Ron) of Prescott, AZ; his great-nieces, Kimberly Olson (Ryan) and Daphne Taylor (Leo); his great-nephew Eric Bladow (Erinn); his niece Julie Matthys (Jim) of Williston, ND; his niece Jill Lunde (Greg) of Hankinson, ND; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adam Lunde, Casey Josewski (Chestin) and Kevin Lunde; his nephew Rex Leinen (Cindy) of Fargo, ND; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Corey Leinen (Alicea), Shannon Stanford (Mark), Cassie Eriksmoen (Nate) and Jeremiah Leinen (Nichelle); his sister-in-law Marlyn Morrison; his close friend Lenny Shereck; his adoptive parents, Butch Burhans, Gary Burhans, Kay Thompson (Burhans) and Judy Score (Burhans); and also Ryan Matthys.
