With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvis Berneking of Breckenridge, Minnesota, born in Wheaton, Minnesota, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugean Berneking and Esther Berneking (Kassahn); his sister Betty; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma, Kathy and Earl.
He is survived by: his children, Carolee Schenck (Kyle) of Cottage Grove, MN and Russ Berneking of Rothsay, MN; his siblings, Roger Berneking of Wheaton, MN, Dale Berneking of Moorhead, MN, James Berneking (Evelyn) of Mora, MN, Paul Berneking (Linda) of Barney, ND and Ethel Rasmusson (Douglas) of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Carolee, Caitlyn, Kylee, Jaden, Abby and Emily; and his great grandchild Bentley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
