He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kolbe and Saraphine Kolbe (Welsand); his wife Verla Kolbe; and his siblings, Harold, Norman, Viola and Vivian.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Kolbe (Barb) of Hudson, WI, Ron Kolbe (Heidi), Karen Mueller (Mike), Jim Kolbe (Jennifer) and Carol Hibl (Curt); his grandchildren, Kasper Kolbe, Kayla Kolbe, Brian Kolbe, Matt Kolbe and Lisa Sabyan; his great grandchildren, Noam Pearson, Logan Kolbe, Evan Sabyan and Emmett Sabyan; and his sister Vera Gilles.
