He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Hansen and Lillie Hansen (Jacobsen); his wife Audrey Hansen; his sons, Michael, Richard and Greg Hansen; and his brothers, Verlin and Larry Hansen.
He is survived by: his son Rodney Hansen of Barnesville, MN; his stepdaughter Sharon Petermann of Breckenridge; his stepgrandchildren, Tim Petermann (Connie) of Wahpeton, ND, Sandra Benedict (Lyle) of Wahpeton, ND, Dorothy Onchuck of Wahpeton, Mike Petermann of Breckenridge, MN, Mark Petermann of Gwinner, ND, Lucy Thiel (Bill) of Breckenridge and Scott Petermann (Shannan) of Wyndmere, ND; his siblings, Alvin Hansen of Sabin, MN, Lorin Hansen (Ruth Ann) of Rothsay, MN, Alice Hansen of Fergus Falls, MN, Loretta Faulkner (Robert) of Rothsay, MN and Judy Peterson (Jerry) of Gilbert, AZ.; and also Heidi Bergquist. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
