She is survived by: her children, Steven Van Cleave (Machelle), David Van Cleave (Veronica Miller), Judith Van Cleave and Kathy Czichotzki (Dan); her grandchildren, Jeremy Van Cleave (Becky), Terry Van Cleave and Morgan Czichotzki; her great grandchild Josephine Van Cleave; and her siblings, Donald (Bev), Delwin, John (Judy), Ken, Jerry Dozak, Doris Bulik and Marilyn Lingen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Dorothy's name to St. Francis Nursing Home, or to the National MS Society.
