She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Thormodson and Minnie Thormodson (Berger); her sons, Ronald Wessels and Douglas Wessels; and her family, Nelvin, Mildred Thormodson, Roger, Marillyn Ledding, Janeen Ledding, Loren Thormodson, Marcia Thormodson and Kim Degelman.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Wessels (Michele) of Sunman, IN, Darrel Wessels (Donna Alyea) of Fargo, ND, David Wessels (Cindy) of Waconia, MN, Mary Wessels (Doug) of Dilworth, MN and Joel Wessels (Sharon) of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Jason Johnson (Carrie) of Clermont, FL, Emily Strassell (Matt) of Wake Forest, NC, James Wessels of Sioux Falls, SD, Josh Wessels (Shelby) of Sioux Falls, SD, Justin Tryba (Jennifer) of Cleveland, GA, Chad Wessels (Ashlei) of Eden Prairie, MN, Alan Wessels of Sandstone, MN, Adam Wessels of Waconia, MN, Karl Wessels of Dilworth, MN, Jennifer Ehlert (Mike) of Fargo, ND, Jessica Anderson (Donal) of West Fargo, ND and Nicole Wessels of Austin, TX; and her sisters, Mavis Degelman of Sarasota and Jane Ward of Flat Rock, NC.. She is also survived by 22 great- grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
