She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Matz and Angeline Matz (Osmundson); her husband Vernon Peters; her siblings, Treva Ujka, Doris Ballard and Harold Matz; her sister-in-law Margaret Brown; and her great grandchild Shaylee Stollenwerk.

She is survived by: her daughter Shayla Hagen of Ashland, MT; her grandsons, Guy Hagen and Paul Stollenwerk (Merrilee); her great grandchildren, Maria and Breylene; her children, Steven and Cindy Peters of West Fargo, ND; her granddaughter Jennifer Holt; and also, Willow, Devon, Justin Peters (Karen), Eva, Henry, Travis Peters (Jen), Braeden, Azley and Jace.
