He is survived by: his mother Darlene Bellmore (Arnhalt) of Moorhead, MN.; his wife Mary of Indianapolis, IN; his children, Benjamin (Sheila McNair) of Chicago, IL and Nikki Howitz (Clay) of Wahpeton, ND; his grandchildren, Chase Howitz and Rosemary Bellmore; and his siblings, Paulette Neva, Karen Haugen (Jerry), Rachelle Bellmore (Denise Riley) and Brad Bellmore (Lynn).
