With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stanley John Blasey of Benson, Minnesota, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Blasey and Mary Blasey (Wagner); his wife Marianne Blasey; his grandson Matthew Spates; and also, Orville and Mary Blasey.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte, Bruce and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Rustad (John) of Clontarf, MN, Andrew Rustad (Jennifer), Nolan, Bennett, Anna-Lisa Rustad, Ivy and Ella; and his grandchildren, Bruce Blasey (Brenda) of Duluth, MN, Rick Flaherty (Kimber), Corey, Michael Flaherty, Bob Blasey (Bethany), Shaun Blasey (Katelyn), Maceo Blasey, Christopher Blasey, Adrien Blasey, Isaiah Raschke, James Peterson, Annabell Peterson, Elizabeth Spates (Pete) of Mitchell, SD, Hannah Miiller (Robbie), Riley and Emily Olson (Levi).
Memorial can be donated to the Minnewaska Lutheran Home or to Moments Hospice.
