He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wiggins and Phoebe Ruth Wiggins (Watt); his brothers, Norman and Donald Wiggins; and his grandchildren, Damian and Krystal.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Wiggins of Ponca, OK, Jacob Wiggins of Ponca, OK and Nathan Wiggins of Ponca, OK; his siblings, Allen Wiggins of Monticello, MN and Leona Wiggins of Winnipeg; and his granddaughter Lydia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
