He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Kinney (Pechan) and Joseph Kinney; his sister Evelyn Kinney; his adoptive parents, Leo Daly and Lucy Daly; his parents-in-law, Mike and Ruth Foley; and his siblings-in-law, Jack, David Foley and Phyllis Foley.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Daly of Chokio; his son Patrick Daly (Delores) of Morris; his grandchildren, Jacob Daly (Nikki), Jessica Grandalen (Chris) and Abby Daly; his son Roger Daly (Corinne) of Jacksonville; his stepgrandson Robert Hill; his daughter Barbara Baus (William) of Redfield; his grandchildren, Brandon Baus (Alysha), Andrew Baus and Kara Woodward (Kyle); his son Paul Daly (Pam) of Donnelly; his grandchildren, Justin Daly, Mitchell Daly (Bree) and Nicole Homan (Anthony); his daughter Sandra Kilen of Fargo; his grandchildren, Amber Brady (Bryce), Tyler Kilen and Austin Kilen; his son Brian Daly (Kris) of Alberta; his stepgrandchildren, Kolby Gausman (Derek), Mackenzie Severance (TJ) and Abigail Kontz; and his siblings, Margaret Kenehan of Glendale, Wisconsin and Martin Kinney (Mary) of Coon Rapids. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 7 step-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings of up to 250 people.
