She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Kliche and Johanna Kliche (Franzmier); her husband LeRoy "Sonny" Smith; her grandchildren, Jessica Smith and Jamie Wyffels; and her siblings, Dorothy Kurkosky, Irene and William Kliche.
She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Julie) of Benson, MN and Diane Wyffels (Tom) of Benson, MN; and her grandchildren, Aaron Smith (Sonja), Sonya Pobuda (Greg) and Charlene Coners (Kent). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
