She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Donner and Gladys Donner (Harried); her husband Jerome Bernardy; her great grandchild Nathan Bernardy; and her sister Judy Beck.
She is survived by: her former husband Buddy Leonard; her sons, Bruce Bernardy (Sandy) of Benson and Brad Bernardy (Lynette) of Spencer, IA; and her stepsons, Brian, Greg and Randy Leonard. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
