She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Leon and Evelyn Emma Tollefson (Pedlar); her husband Jerome Johannessen (Jerry); her children, Dale, Gary and Gay Amundson; her brother Glen Tollefson (Judy); her siblings-in-law, Rose Tollefson, Judy Tollefson and Dex Comp; and her son-in-law Jon Thronson.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Johannessen (Bonnie), Cynthia Thronson, Toby Johannessen (Deb), Melissa Johannessen-Janzen (Jeff) and Debbie Johannessen; her grandchildren, Brooke Amundson, Dana Amundson (Cindy), Kelly Majkozak (Robert), Ramon Johannessen (Hope), Adrian Johannessen-Hawkins (Maipacher), Dominique Johannessen-Hawkins (Brair), Tonya Johannessen, Ebony Johannessen-Hawkins, Alexis Johannessen, Eva Johannessen, Rae Johannessen and Tess Johannessen; her great grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Hailey Amundson, Joey Schutz, Grayson, Levi, Charlie Majkozak, Autumn, Adelyn, Aynsley, Amelia, Aiden Johannessen, Joe, Judd, Easton Huston, Elijah, Ariel, Ezekiel Johanessen-Hawkins, Porter and Onyx Hawkins; and her siblings, Richard Tollefson, Doug Tollefson, Gale Tollefson (Pat), June Muetzel (Larry) and Vonnie Comp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and several other relatives and friends.
