She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Washburn and Mary Elizabeth Washburn (Woodworth); her husband William Loechner III; her siblings, Colleen and Chuck; and her children, William Aguirre and Kathleen Edwards (Aguirre).
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Hessel (Mike) of California and Judy Norry of California; and her siblings, Raymond Washburn (Geniva) of Sacramento, Ethel Sandova of Little Rock and Patricia Tillary (Curt) of Sacramento. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
