She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rudolph Shetka and Christina Shetka (Holey); her spouse Matthew Trcka; her children, Emil Trcka of Montgomery, Joanie Janousek (Al), Betty Pecholt (Joe) of New Prague, Rose Widmer (Jack) of New Prague and Dorthy Trcka of Montgomery; her siblings, Lucille Heyda, George Shetka, Dora Jindra, Betty Trinka and Harriet Eisert; and her children, Tom Trcka and Helen Sladek. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
