Kubiszewski (Belle Plaine, Minnesota), born in Hendricks, Minnesota, who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lacek and Dorothy Lacek (Sik); her husband Albin A. Kubiszewski; and her children, Emil, Sharon Kubiszewski and Sandra Schmitt.
She is survived by: her children, Bernie (Shirley) and Sarah Vizecky (Chad); her grandchildren, Jessica DeMaris, Kenneth Kubiszewski, Jody Deutsch (TJ), Sherry Kubiszewski, Kaitlyn and Allison Vizecky; her great grandchildren, Jabin, Austin, Kylee and Ryker; her daughter-in-law Kellie Melby; her stepgrandson Nicholas Melby; and her siblings, Sophie Gawerecki and James Lacek (Janice).
